Mental Health Crisis Lines/Alcohol & Drug Abuse and Mental Health Support Groups Across Africa (in Alphabetical Order)

July 01, 2018

For the longest time I ran My Mind My Funk, a mental health information and support hub that ran Kenya's first mental health support line and provided loads of information and linkages to people in Africa - I know spend my time, developing the next generation of mental health champions at The Mental Health Academy - but still get requests to hook people up with service providers. Below is a list of mental health crisis lines and support groups across Africa (countries listed in alphabetical order)

If you run a service or know of one that is not on the list, comment below and I will update the list.
